TL,DR: If you want a modular set, go for this one, I highly recommend it!For the price and convert-ability, you really can't beat these modular pieces! We were ditching our old furniture and struggling to find a replacement that we liked that would fit our space well. We ordered 9 middle modules, 2 sets of arm rests, and 2 ottomans to make a large open U-shape setup. The pieces came impressively packaged and were very easy to assemble, we had the entire couch built in a little over an hour. There is some variability in the heights of the backs of the middle modules, but it's not super noticeable as they are mostly covered by the cushions.My favorite feature has to be the storage in each seat. This has totally transformed our living room! We used to have a big shelf with all our games on it (huge game family over here) that looked sloppy regardless of how we organized it. We moved all our games into the seat compartments and the room looks so much better as a result.The sections are easy to move (simply two drop-in style bars that connect the modules), which allows for quick conversions. We had a few of the modules set up almost like a bed for movie night and it was great!The seats felt a little stiff at first, but that's mostly because our previous couch was VERY worn in by comparison. They are comfortable and provide good stability. The cushions are soft and comfy as well. My only *slight* gripe is that you can't buy extra cushions. We ended up with 2 open spaces because of our setup. Certainly not a deal breaker, we have just been using decorative throw pillows to fill in the empty space.One drawback we've experienced so far is that our two cats seem to LOVE this fabric and try to use the ends as scratching posts. The snags are easy to remove and don't appear to be damaging the exterior structure too much. We've applied some preventative plastic sheets to the corners of interest and have our fingers crossed for now :)Two pieces were damaged during shipping. I contacted customer support and they sent replacement pieces right away. 5/5 stars for the raid response!Overall, I'd highly recommend this set if you are considering going the modular route. You really can't beat all of the options it allows!
