They do exactly what they are meant to do. A little pricey for what it is but it protects my furniture. Beware- so waterproof that liquids will roll right offThe blanket is soft enough. I bought it for it water resistance, so softness is secondary, maybe not completely achievable. It is pretty thin but gets the job done. I'm not sure about endurance yet.Great price. Stays in place even with dogs and cats jumping on the couch. Has also been very water proof. Thin but very durable. I haven't washed it yet so I can't say how it will be after I do. Measuring tape confirmed it was 2" short. Then taking it out of the package I noticed the material feels thin (I want this to protect against claws as well, this clearly won't do that).
