I bought this about about a month ago, and was a little apprehensive. After all, the words "slip cover" tend not to evoke a very premium image.I was further concerned because my couch has somewhat narrow, squared off arms, and I was worried the cover would look "baggy" over the arms.Once it arrived, though, it's been perfect (in fact, I bought a second matching one for an armchair).The material has both a soft, comfortable "nap" to it, as well as a very elastic underlayer - so that elastic underlayer means it fits basically the entire couch snugly (and without any sloppy or baggy spots).I was also concerned that my dog's nails might end up cause snags or other damage, and, so far, in a month, there's been no marks at all, despite him being constantly on and off the couch.My only comment concerns the foam rods which come with the cover - you're meant to wedge them behind the cushions, to help "tuck" the cover and further smoothe the look.Mine "large" size only came with 5 short rods, which weren't really sufficient. So, I went to the big box home improvement store, and for only a few dollars, bought a 6 foot length of foam, tubular pipe insulation.I've tucked that into the gap where the foam rods were meant to go, and it's worked *great*. It's totally hidden from view, and was just a bit bulkier and long enough so the "tuck" looks nice and even.I've had two guests so far who actually thought I bought a new couch, and didn't believe it when I pulled back a corner to show it was just a slipcover.I haven't washed it yet, but I suspect it'd hold up fine - I might not tumble dry it, simply because of the elastic, though.Our previous dog had destroyed our leather couches. Now we have cats and they tore up the remainder of what was left of the leather. It not only looked awful but was such a mess. We bought two of these, both size L. It’s a little large on our smaller couch (67x37x31) and just a hair tight on our larger couch (92x37x37). With some pins, it works great on both though.I have also seen my cats scratch at it and it has held up! We’ve only had it for a couple of weeks now but they have been excellent. It’s easy to clean too, the lint roller loves this material and gets any fur or fuzz right off without a fight.It’s very comfy too. The material is soft and stays cool in the heat. I’m sure it’ll be nice and warm when it gets cold too (much better than leather).Definitely recommend!Should've ordered the same size as I did for my oversized couch. That next size down, despite what the size chart says, was too short for my loveseat. So, can't tuck into the back of cushion. Other than that, the sage green is beautiful and it does the job.I am very pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I have an l-shaped couch that I haven’t been able to find a realistically priced cover for. I finally bailed and decided to just buy a 3-seat couch cover and figure i would find something to cover the l-shaped cushion. This cover was easy to put on and allows me to just cover the end of the l-shape cushion with a blanket. It looks great and is surprisingly good quality for the price!I love it it looks amazing and really comfy, and makes the living room looks fancyEl material es bueno, y es muy elásticoi recently started making my apartment look the way i’ve always wanted it to, but i only had an old hand-me-down couch that i got years ago. i love this couch, it is so comfy, but it had some stains and it was green. i couldn’t afford to get a new couch, so i decided to try out this couch cover. OH MY GOD! i could rave about this! it is so easy to put on, its super stretchy and its SOFT! it really gave my old couch a new life. 100/10I'll start off by saying, if you aren't tough on furniture, this may be perfect for you.I used this product for roughly 6 months or so before it bit the dust. I have 4 dogs so furniture protection is key. What drew me to this choice - aside from flash sale/deal of the day - were the claims of being water repellent and being easy to clean. The fabric is soft and kind of quilted?, for lack of better words. It kind of reminded me of the fabric of those old 70s couches that were textured, which I actually really enjoy. Unexpected nostalgia? Anyways. I'll be honest, getting this on the couch takes some practice. I found the sofa cover easier than the loveseat. There are markings for the back, but you're still doing some magic.We used these on recliners and they always stayed on. Never slipped or flew off. This is amazing! Once they're on, they on. That part was great for the pets.As far as claims stated earlier, I noticed the water repelling weakened as time went on. If you have a dog who licks, nothing is repelling that. We already know that. But it definitely held moisture more.Easy to clean...they are machine washable which is great. Not too bulky to wash or dry. However, because of that quilted material, hair just lives in it. No amount or way or vacuuming was getting rid of the hair. So if we wanted a clean cover it was always wash/dry, and the fact getting this guy on is tricky, not always worth the hassle.Our dogs are playful, and we started to get tears at the seams of the sofa, which I cannot fault. Happens to the best of them. But I did notice some tears/holes where maybe a snag occured that were disappointing. The fabric definitely wears with use/washing, so I think that led to those other tears.Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the use we got out of these covers, but I would not purchase again with the same needs in mind. If they were easier to vacuum or wipe, maybe, but no go for me.I measured my sofas before I made my order. I just got them and as they do appear really nice, the sizing is way off. I should have had several inches of material extra to tuck in but instead it barely fits. I'm not sure what to expect as far as longevity since they seem to be stretched to their limits even though they shouldn't be. Buy with cautionSe ve lindo porque cubre todas las imperfecciones del sillón. La tela es delgada, medianamente suave, no pica pero no es terciopelo, aunque es muy... muy elástica. A mi sillón le quedó grande y para estirarlo de abajo tuve que ponerle alfileres grandes xq sino parace calzón flojo. Mis canes se subieron y resistió la frotada, sin embargo ya tiene 3 hoyuelitos en un brazo que supongo fue de diente xq ellos no tienen las uñas largas. Si lo que se busca es algo de más protección lo ideal es ponerle un protector de tela mas gruesa de esos con respaldo y brazos (yo mo encontrécomo SofaShield). Este sirve quizá para proteger del polvo y para que se vea presentable el sillón, no más.I bought this cover in a lighter color to cover up my white 80's floral couch. The dusty rose and dusty blue flowers that I no longer wanted to see is now an eye sore as you can see it now through the cover. I had to throw another blanket over it but will keep it on there until I am brave enough to try this again! I thought there would be grey tones to it as well, but it was the way the picture was taken. When I received it, it was too big which was probably my fault but measured it as requested. I don't know how it is to clean or if it is water resistant.I purchased two sizes, one for my love seat and one for my sofa. Both arrived dirty. Before I purchased them I noticed a lot of the reviews said the covers arrived dirty but I thought it might be a one time occurrence. Both my covers arrived with black fuzzy things everywhere. The covers are very dull looking too.El producto es de calidad y el color café me gustó,pero para mis sillones no se logró acomodar a la forma exacta,no culpó al producto,lo digo que quedó arrugas al colocar, entiendo que la funda es generica,dependerá el diseño del mismos sillones pueda darse la forma.Obtar en buscar otro producto y estar adivinanando cuál puede quedarle exactamente no es opcional para mí y por tal razón cancele la devolución del producto,como tal el producto cumple el objetivo principal que es potejerlos.
